We are available M-F 8:30-5pm. While we prefer to see our patients in office, we understand problems can arise after hours. Please refer to our resources page to answer common questions, and doses. There are several options for after hours care, if you are having a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the closest ER.
Options for non emergent concerns include:
-Calling the office next day to schedule an appointment for non emergent questions. Please call after 8 am, once our office is open.
-Leave a message if you need an appointment when calling after hours.
-After hours on call service is for urgent issues and provided ONLY for EXISTING patients. Please understand after hours medical care or advice can be provided only to EXISTING patients and advice WILL NOT be given to patients who have not established care or have not been seen by our practice.
-Parents of newborns calling after hours can also leave a message or send us an email and staff will get back to you in a timely manner. We understand births and hospital discharges can occur over the weekend, and our office will work to accommodate your family.
