The AAP recommends regularly scheduled well checks as part of their best practice guidelines. We strive to follow these guidelines and provide the best medical care for your family!
Please call our office to schedule these visits with our pediatrician and we can help you determine if your child is due for their visit. At that time, we can also confirm your insurance coverage.

We also have affordable self-pay options for those who opt out of insurance.

Well checks Scheduled: birth, 2 weeks, 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 9 mo, 12 mo, 15 mo, 18 mo, 2 yr, 2.5 yr, 3 yr, and yearly after this.

Transferring care? We are now accepting new patients in the Boerne, Fair Oaks, and San Antonio area! We ask that you provide us with the most updated vaccination record and fill out our medical release form to obtain previous records as needed. We are glad to help obtain records from your previous provider after the appropriate consents are signed.  We also schedule 'meet the doctor' visits where you may visit the clinic and meet the Pediatrician, these are available on a prn basis. 

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! We are honored to be chosen to care for your family. Please call the office to schedule your newborn check ups as soon as you are aware of discharge plans. We do reserve appts for newborns on a daily basis to ensure that you are seen in a timely fashion. We also ask that you bring all discharge paperwork when possible(hearing screen results, vaccination proof or discharge note from MD). Dr.Boggarapu does not round in the nursery, but your child will be cared for by a very capable pediatric hospitalist. If you are currently expecting, please call us to make an "meet the pediatrician" appt.  During this visit, you can tour the office, ask any questions, share any pertinent family medical history.

We are pleased to provide same day sick visits, please call as soon as the office opens to secure an appt, We promise to do our best to accommodate all of our patients. Dr. Boggarapu, knows first hand that children don't plan their illness per our schedules. We know it is a stressful time, so our pediatrician and staff are here to ease your medical concerns and help you!

We also encourage patients to be seen for their chronic illness(asthma, allergies, ADHD, behavioral health, acne, constipation, etc) every 3-4 months so we can continue to send in prescriptions on a regular basis, fill out forms as needed.
